problem with definition

If 'short stay' parking is defined as a stay that lasts 'from a few minutes to several hours' and 'Long stay' refers to 'more than a few hours' perhaps these terms or their definitions are not distinct enough to be useful. Perhaps length of stay should be better defined in terms of number of hours of duration of stay.
