An overground uncovered bike parking linked to the, University of the Arts Chelsea College of Art and Design, London. Parking is provided for up to 120 bicycles shared with motorbikes. Users can access the facility via the street. Parking furniture is a Sheffield U stand. The parking is a free public parking available 24/24 hours but it is assumed that most of the users are students so use the facility 16 hours/day.

Strengths
• Museum keeps the area relatively safe
• Users feel safe, and most users are locking their bike just with only one lock, despite the fact the site is prone to theft

Weaknesses
• Lighting is poor
• Sheffield stands are too close together and harder to use than they should be. Outside stands are used but they block the ones in the middle
